MOTORBIKE POWER TEST BENCHES
LabRACE is the line of motorbike power test benches conceived, designed, produced and sold by EASYRUN to meet the needs of professionals, repairers, but also those with hobbies of motorbikes and engines.
Designed and built with the highest safety and quality standards, regarding both mechanical and software operability, they guarantee ease of use and completeness of functionality obtained over the years thanks to constant updates based on new technologies, and requests from mechanical tuners who use it every day.
LabRACE M40
Patented Design
LabRACE M40 is the latest 2020 innovation among our motorbike power test benches. Inertial and innovative in design, the bench is portable, designed specifically for those working with mini-motorbikes and racing scooters.
Precision measurements combine with a compact, lightweight and strong structure with removable foot pedals that facilitate its transport in race environments and installation in workshops with limited operating spaces.
The equivalent inertia of the roller allows repeated and consecutive tests to be carried out on mini-motorbikes and scooters being elaborated, guaranteeing high precision and repeatability of measurements identical to higher-end models.

LabRACE M300B/M300J – BRAKED/INERTIAL ACTION
Patented Design
LabRACE M300 is the line of braked and inertial test benches, convertible into braking benches, produced since 2001.
This line is dedicated to those who mainly work on large-displacement and competition bikes.
The LabRACE M300 inertial line is, today, a high-power motorcycle bench featuring the greatest inertial load – more expensive but with the benefit of accuracy and repeatability of measurements. It has, in fact, the ability of an inertial bench to make the discontinuities of the power curve of a vehicle stand out, linked to the speed and accuracy of the acquisition of its electronics, but also to the inertia of the bench itself.

LABRACE MOTORBIKE TEST BENCH MECHANICAL SYSTEM
The frame is made of high-strength die-cast steel, laser cut and joined by MIG welding. After sandblasting, the frame undergoes a final double-layer powder coating.
The roller is made of C40 steel by means of numerically controlled internal and external precision turning and pin-knurled. After having been balanced, it is then painted with a triple layer of two-component epoxy paint to ensure its integrity over time.
The mechanic systems have also been designed to be multifunctional. In fact, EASYRUN motorbike test benches are the only ones that allow you to test engines alone or motorbikes with direct connection between roller and transmission chain, thanks to the practical rear opening that allows access to the axis of the roller.
These inertial motorbike benches are also equipped with pneumatically operated safety brake and end test. The brake is used to slow down the roller at the end of the test, as well as to lock it when the vehicle to be tested is raised or lowered. In fact, the pneumatic pedal can be used as a normal automotive brake pedal (pressing less makes the roller slow down) or fixed in position (pressing completely locks the roller), while with a second movement it can be unlocked and returned to its original function. Moreover, the pedal is fixed magnetically to the platform and can be positioned on the bench as desired.
The suitably compact design of the LABRACE M80/M150/M235 benches allows to create real motorbike test laboratories, even in smaller environments, simplifying installation in soundproof rooms with reduced dimensions and costs.
New and innovative in design and functionality, the LABRACE M40 stands out for its professional performance and small size, making it easy to transport in race environments.
