AVIO TEST BENCHES
Innovative in their kind, our avio test benches are designed and manufactured to measure and develop the performance of AVIO propellers and engines.
Created thanks to the collaboration with professionals in the sector, they are equipped with electronics and software developed specifically to measure, transform into graphs and compare the technical characteristics of the propellers and engine being tested.
The electronics allow to:
- measure engine parameters while performing the test
- measure the performance of the entire propeller engine
- interface with a laptop in real time by means of a USB port
The electronics allow to:
- configure the tests to be carried out (i.e. minimum number of RPM from which to start the acquisition, sensors to be acquired, engine times, propeller diameter)
- view real time data coming from acquired electronics
- store the measurements of the test carried out
- compare tests carried out
- print the results with the client’s logo
- export tests in xls compatible formats
